会议纪要在每次利率决议大约三周后公布，记录官员们在会上怎么讨论、分歧有多大。决议本身已经公布过，纪要的作用是让市场判断下一次会议更可能怎么做。如果纪要显示多数官员比市场想的更担心通胀，降息预期会降温，加密通常承压；反之亦然。它的影响往往小于决议本身。

Minutes come out about three weeks after each rate decision and show how officials argued and how divided they were. The decision is already known; the minutes help markets guess what the next meeting will do. If most officials sound more worried about inflation than markets assumed, cut expectations cool and crypto usually comes under pressure, and the reverse also holds. The effect is usually smaller than the decision itself.
